Today is the day. If they expose him on this interview it's over.

I have faith it will be cut and edited to pieces. Stephanopoulous is the interviewer right? He'd do anything the DNC wants either way.

The interview is unlikely to help for reasons that are only too obvious, the least of which is that it is not live. But it can hurt: every pause, every uhh, every squint will be analyzed and highlighted as evidence of Biden’s diminished condition.

And that’s the problem generally: I don’t believe there’s anything Biden can really do to undo the damage the debate caused (or laid bare, if you prefer) short of having Jesus himself performing a miracle and turning him into a hyper-virile 35-year old with his original teeth on national TV. And even then, people may still be wary.

This reeks of desperation from a team following a playbook that’s been torn up since Donald Trump’s first campaign and decimation of the Republican field first and Hillary Clinton second.

I didnt watch the debate live and only watched it the next day after hearing the reactions. Honestly, it was worse than i imagined from the reactions I heard. There were many 'WTF am I watching!!!' moments where Biden looked like a corpse and just near death in the worst way.

Kamala/Newsome 2024. Been saying this for a week now.

The idea that a woman would be POTUS would cloud things enough that the fix wouldn't be so obvious. They could claim that women crossed party lines in the voting booth, etc.

Newsome has worn out his welcome in CA and rather than face what his policies did he can move to the national stage and setup a bailout of the state he bankrupted.

Given how dependent they are on demographic voting, no way can they dump her and still win.

But I don't think they can win with her at the top of the ticket anyway. Remember she is the person who was propped up by the media, got tons of favorable coverage, and only got 844 votes in the 2020 primary. Democrats don't like her. She might be a bigger empty suit than Biden and Obama.

A much more cogent and lucid Biden showed up for the interview. If that Biden had shown up at the debate, we wouldn’t be having these conversations.

But this Biden didn’t show up. The other one did, and this interview just simply isn’t enough to erase that debate appearance—and it shouldn’t be. As I mentioned earlier, even if Biden knocked it out of the park in this interview, it would probably not be enough and it really wasn’t.
