I have bad genetics all the way down the board. Insertions suck,bodyfat is all lower ab and lower outer pec, bone structure to wide to actually fill out, complete ectomorph that spent 32 years trying to be mesomorph when I should have just been a skinny lean guy and felt good. Oh well such is life.

Well, the CoolSculpting procedure now has smaller packs that are designed to fit specifically in small areas like the lower abs, under the chin, etc... 

For the outer pec area, morpheus8 may be beneficial since the area is small and usually only a small amount of fat in that area as opposed to other areas.

Just something to perhaps look into if you really want to eliminate them.
