The person "narrating" this video is incorrect in that this was not a "talk show" but a "game show". It was called "The Dating Game".
I remember watching it and when the host read out Arnold's measurements one of the women said "...it sounds like you as you go down from the top to the bottom, you get smaller" to which Arnold replied something along the lines of "Well, not everything". The audience ate it up as did the women contestants.
They were competing to be the one chosen by Arnold for an all expenses paid date.
