It's funny because in his IG posts his waistline is tapered, but on stage it shows the true story, when he hits a pose he's able to keep it tight, the transitions it's blown out, as well as just walking to mid stage, relaxed..it looks terrible.

Arnold had charisma, Nick doesn't have any. Also, Arnold looked athletic and imposing, so even if he didn't turn into a star, he would've did ok in the background roles (eg - Bouncer #1, tough guy in plaid shirt, etc....). Nick just looks big.
