They delude themselves into believing their arms hanging by their side are as big as they look and arent just being pushed outward by their body. I like the reaction when i ask them to now move their arm away from their body without flexing. It kills them inside.

I actually think nearly all people
that involved in the gym have serious problems. That goes for all elements of them: “influencers,” pro bodybuilders, gurus, YouTube wannabe mad-scientists, powerlifters, and so on.
I used to be one of them, and I admit my former issues.
One of close friends is an IFBB pro and he at times seems like a madman, as if compulsive thoughts about food, routines, and steroids have driven him mad!
I actually think a good chunk of the YouTube lifting crowd are socially-awkward, maladaptive weirdos who likely couldn’t fit in anywhere or cannot function in an institutional environment (eg, a job). One can tell this by their awkward speech, affect, and mannerisms.
With that said, what is up with your seemingly sanctimonious thread posts? Like we know these people have issues. Do you have one?
