I don't really give a shit about building muscle these days. I'd need drugs to do it, and I wouldn't qualify for TRT anyway. As long as I can always run at least four miles at a reasonable pace, stay fairly lean, and go hiking with some weight on my back, I consider myself fit. Weightlifting is just a routine part of my life that I enjoy. Stuffing my face and all the other shit that comes with bodybuilding doesn't appeal to me.
