There is an element of wisdom in that video. It’s like: partial squats, full squats, and box squats. Don’t be afraid to do all 3... even when people are hell bent on telling you that you should only perform one variation. Why limit yourself?

I agree. You end up bored as fuck sticking to the same shit month in month out. I've gone through phases where I'll completely drop doing an entire body part for a month or two just because. Probably my favourite exercise ever is behind the neck widegrip pulldown. I have mongol strength on that one exercise for some weird reason it all just nicely falls into place. Doesn't mean I ignore pulling it down to the chest, though after a few mongol sessions behind the neck.
