Check him out on Richard Baldwins channel as well as John Hansens and Ric Drasins channels......all are on YouTube....great old school stories he knew everyone......also wrote for Weiders mags for years.

Jerry has been around along time since the 1960s along with all the original New York bodybuilders like Joe Abbenda, Dennis Tinerino and later Lou Ferrigno. He relocated to California in the late 1960s-early 1970s and was a regular at Vince Gironda's. In the late 1990s he was Oscar De La Hoya's nutritionist when he held the championship titles.

Yes. Ive watched quite a few. Agreed. Interesting and knowledgeable.

He can be fairly annoying at times too but overall worth watching.

I like his stuff regarding his time with Vince Gironda, he has a good interview with that dude Golden Era Bookworm on YouTube. That's a good channel as well, has video interviews with Zane, Padilla, Platz various other legends.

Yeah,good channel also....I watch old that type of stuff cuz it`s really cool, and not entirely based on guys who take boatloads of gear and weigh three bills with 50 inch ripped waistlines.

Absolutely, I'm in my late thirties, so these dudes were before my time, but I like the look of their physiques, their training styles, the diet strategies, even their gear courses, these guys all looked healthy, trained twice a day 6 days a week (which means they had a lot of energy) with tons of volume, all had hair, great midsection, healthy looking appearance...so because of that I enjoy hearing what these guys did.

Jerry is knowledgeable re nutrition and drugs. Smart guy but is a Democrat. I never trusted guys who wrote for Weider, but he wrote for most of the muscle magazines at one time or other. A true professional writer. Hypertrophy knowledge did not impress me.

I have listened to jerry content and puts up some good stuff, but i dont agree he was a natty as he claimed in that pic
