Jerry and I were friends. He’s another guy that not everyone knows about but he is legit. He was right there in the mix for decades.

Jerry’s appearance and personal style worked against him. As knowledgeable as he is- he always looked like a damn bum. Baggy, dirty sweat pants from JC penny. Torn, filthy t-shirt. Disheveled. He just didn’t present very well.

Trained hard. Pretty strong.

Is "not robbing Americans" and "being against genocide".... being a traitor? It is to one soft-titted expert.

Basically: "If you don't support Zelensky and funding gentiles to kill each other to the last man(and now woman, and child), you are a traitor to America."

What level of self-segregation and hatred against "the other" did this guy grow up in to think this level of hate is normal and okay to spew 

Branium frames being against fratracide and being against lining Zelensky/Kolomoisky/mafia's pockets with $$$$BILLIONS$$$$ of White, Black, Asian, Hispanic and other American's dollars that they slaved for...as being a traitor.

Absolutely, I'm in my late thirties,  so these dudes were before my time, but I like the look of their physiques, their training styles, the diet strategies, even their gear courses, these guys all looked healthy, trained twice a day 6 days a week (which means they had a lot of energy) with tons of volume, all had hair, great midsection, healthy looking
appearance...so because of that I enjoy hearing what these guys did.

........and KK,they ate in a similar fashion as you advise to eat....not entirely of course, but lots of meat,eggs,and cottage cheese with sporadic carbs thrown in at times....mostly fruit.

Of course they ate chicken and fish too, and they had the infamous Rheo H. Blair protein powder.....that shit was supposedly fantastic for the time.

Almost no cardio aside from the occasional jog on the beach, and they blow todays slobs out of the water hands down IMO.

I heard Jerry's comments on the Ukraine/Russia situation and some other liberal rhetoric..... again he can be pretty annoying and his political perspective is no different.  But it has rarely come up. So it's easy to ignore.

If I ignored everyone that I disagree with over politics Id have a pretty boring existence.  I enjoy the guys stories.
