The 405 squat Brian kept the charade up for longer. Because it’s a solo effort he is not socially interacting with anyone.

The curl contest was what? 3 weeks maybe 4? Why did it fizzle out?

Because Brian had to interact with someone in real life. Cooper quickly found out that Brian has the Brian capacity of a 11 year old.

that’s his downfall he is a social misfit and the reason he works from home and jumps from state to state.

I am sorry did you want a video update? I didn’t realize if I didn’t post every single rep of every workout that meant I wasn’t training. Funny I don’t post every meal but no one accuses me of not eating
