RIP! His signature model Les Paul that Gibson released years ago is the best Les Paul I've ever played.

R.I.P.  I saw them open for the Allman bros. Several years ago.Granted both bands were short of original members but I loved it just the same.Some of my favorite songs

I`m a huge fan of both bands but I am an absolute Allman Brothers freak......they only got better with time......all guys in both bands were true masters of their instruments,unlike todays no talent jerks who can`t even play a lick.

Who today even plays guitar that`s somewhat known,remotely like Duane Allman?

Lynyrd Skynyrd is one of my favorite bands as well. The "One More From the Road" album is my favorite. of their's.

Wish I got to see the original band but I'm to young.
I did see them when they first got back together but never again. As much I as love the music it was just a tribute band after that.
