Are they insane?

I get it if they would make a show about a new fictional future Queen,but even that is unlikely to as they have shown by ostracizing and kicking out Harry the monkey fucker and his apier half....

But why make a historical queen black....what the actual fuck.

Yeah it's absurd.

Historical accuracy is of little value in the face of diversity. Unless it's white actors getting black riles. Then its cultural appropriation.

I forget the name of the movie, but it was about the two French balloonists a few hundred years ago and they cast one of the characters as a female when in fact they were both male in real life. Shit is crazy what they do just to make everybody feel included. Just lie about history.

The TV series "Chernobyl" had a female lead character in it, she was only cast to represent the women who worked behind the scenes at the time, she was a fictional character.

On the other hand when that traitor Kevin Smith did a bait & switch on the Masters of the Universe remake by making Teela the lead character over He-Man it hit me more than I care to admit as he was messing with my childhood.

As a protest I clicked my only ever Netflix thumbs down button and refused to even Hate Watch after Ep 2 (as one of their key "program success" algorithms is how many people watch all eps to the season end).
