There was never a "Gremlins Street Gang".  It was for the most part a rap group.  That captain resigned shortly afterwards because his video didnt allow these folks due process under the law and the black people in the back were mot from any civil rights group or leaders of the black community but employed by the dept or just some random coons.   Not saying that they were innocent but they were a rap group and if anything just a bunch of drug dealers

Nowadays most of them are full time rappers with million dollar contracts with Cash Money and Bad Boy Records which they would not have gotten if they werent on that video

Higgins himself is an opportunist and a criminal himself which got him elected to the House.

You’re wrong Vince. Clay is a good guy and in no way a “criminal”. The gremlins were a pain in the ass back in the day and Clay didn’t resign because of this video?? Have you ever even been down here?

He was sued for unpaid child support payments, concealing earnings from speaking appearances which is tax fraud, using the police station address for his company selling shot glasses and T-shirts,  cracking a guy in handcuffs upside the head repeatedly.....etc.   That's not counting how many people he's threatened to beat up while he's been in office. 

Again, there was no such thing as the Gremlins Street Gang...or the exaggerated version of what Higgins made it out to be.    He's a blowhard and his rhetoric actually puts officers at risk
