I want to know at what point did it become a human right to have a kid if you can't naturally?

Can't have kids because of medical reasons? Tough luck but live with your lot. IVF, surrogates, donors should not be an option. Adopt or get a dog.
Same sex couple and therefore living a life that won't see you reproduce naturally? Deal with it. Adopt if you must or again, get a dog.
