Same with my sister that has celiacs, never has flare ups now as never slips up on eating properly with the condition.

U CAN GET CONDITIONED ,,,,that we know you wont concede tho to being below a certain bodyweight to be peeled if your body can achieve that look,it could be 192 lbs or 197 or 189 whatever just get to where your body looks its best ..you have long torso so your lats from the front will always be up high not be wide or flared out to give the waist taper look..you get good intercostals condition ...

Work on the posing everyday.  Be careful with the facial expressions, shaking, etc.

Take video of your posing routine and hitting the mandatory shots.

Correct they are not as bad from the back as I tighten the waist everything will look better though
