The point is I am slowly leaning out not drastically starving myself have time on schedule now
No dickless,you are rapidly dropping muscle size.
You don`t "lean out" in a fucking week....slowly dropping bodyfat would happen during a 12-20 week contest prep diet....that`s why 99 + 3/4 % of EVERYONE does it like that, and not a 4 week prep.
