Moron is downing sausage, burgers, cobblers, etc, looks so far worse than two years ago, and not training hard thinking he is going to compete.  Laughable.  He is so FNG nuts and insane, but I'm not that sure even he will have the balls to show up on stage to an NPC show in this terrible shape.   Looks awful.   8-12 weeks out

 I would take some pictures of yourself in the other 7 mandatory poses (always hitting a double bicep is not helping you determine your weak areas/ what poses you look good in/ what poses you look bad in and how to tweak those poses so you look better)                                                                              Front Lat Spread.
Side Chest Pose.
Front Double Biceps.
Back Double Biceps.
Back Lat Spread.
Side Triceps Pose.
Front Abdominal Pose and finally the most muscular pose
