All joking aside, who says creatine is harmful in any way?? last time I checked creatine is safe, i just avoid it because it makes me bloated, not the look I'm looking for (yeah it makes me slightly stronger, makes me do more reps, but it's not worth it)

Don’t worry pasmith there is no evidence that creatine is detrimental to long-term health.

The only criticism of creatine I’ve seen regarding kidneys is that it can mask kidney issues in your lab work (I’m assuming slightly elevated creatinine), but that seems nitpicky and gay. Had 5 grams today and I’m still alive. The suns still shining! It ain’t over……faggets!
