So being racist is reserved solely for who has the most political power.

Ok, so...Black people would be racist in Detroit, right?

86% of police in Detroit are Black if I recall correctly. Most of the city counselors and judges are Black.

Also, would that mean Jews are racist? They have significant political clout on the USA.
