John Heart HIT con man

Here's one of John's new vids which desperately tries to sell the dogma that HIT is superior to traditional High Volume. Even now, these hit con men can't produce any evidence of hit actually working. Even John himself did volume to build up plus roids then switch to hit and he has never got any bigger.  Even those that comment on his vids claim that hit has given them great results yet they don't show themselves. Same old story with the hit cult. They rave about hit yet no proof of the claims made ever emerges. Also, John is here selling his hit courses to the naive and lazy so it's really all about filling his pockets while promoting the flawed idea that somehow, hit is the best way to train. It has been proven in the real world that hit was tried and failed to produce results.

Does he claim natty? Clearly just trying to find a niche where very few are. The fitness world is full of opportunistic charlatans
