He had a solid competition record for most of the 70's, he didn't really faded away till the last 1/3 of that decade.

They were selling a PRODUCT. Waller did a good job. They had to generate interest. Talking trash did just that. That whole conversation at the football field was staged.

Why do you think that Arnold stated that doing a set in gym was like having sex? Why did Arnold say that he skipped his father’s funeral in order to go to the gym? 

Even Matty Ferrigno joined in. He said that Arnold’s arms looked like spaghetti. Matty even made a little fort out of his toast.

If you look closely, it appears that somebody took off their glasses and set them on a teacup. LOL who does that?

I saw some videos in youtube which claim he had 20'' arms, i was skeptical but yeah he was big, and pretty much as tall as Arnold

I met and spoke with him once at the original Gold's.  Nice guy and pretty damn big, especially to me.  I bought a double or triple X Gold's tank-top and Waller just looked at me and said something like, "Here ya go, kid.  And good luck filling it out!"
