In the states....probably Canada too, theres an online community of nerds who can't get laid. They hate all women and they refer to themselves as incels = involuntarily celebate.
They have a rating system of different types of men and women. Pretty sure they coined 'Chad' for an alpha male. There's other names for each ranking going all the way down the list for betas, omega's etc...
They idolize one of the school shooters. Can't remember the name. But one of the school shooters left a manifesto that incels adopted as their world view.
Metaphorically taking one of the pills means you accept their world view. The other pill means some other gibberish...the whole pill thing was from a scene in the matrix.
Its all so pathetic. Just another example of mental illness, they're pretty twisted.
