Correct. This is 100% on me. Matt is innocent

Also agree that flat pecs are better option if possible especially if you're on the wrong side of maybe 45. I do very little for chest now (Incline bench, but more to target shoulders. Dips, but more focus on triceps. Also the occasional push up session I might do every couple of weeks)
First off - my younger sister lives in London!!! She owns a hair salon, and told me people were selling fake Vax passports for £3,000.

I have come to accept that I will only ever have good pecs for 15-60 minutes immediately post-chest workout. Only until my upper body pump wanes.
I did find that with gear, 50% of that pump is maintained 24/7.
Otherwise, I have given up on improving my chest. If it was going to happen, it would have happened by now. My anterior delts were likely eating whatever little potential my chest ever had. It is what it is.
And yes - I think you're right about flat pecs being better to have as we get older. We all get a level of Palumboism [physique regression] with age, and things just don't "pop" as much.
I would even say that big pecs have the potential to droop with age, just as breasts would droop for women.
So yeah, Flexacon - I'd say you are bang on in your assessment, and your associated chest program.
