He was an employee of the bank so I’m guessing disgruntled worker = mass shooting.

They scrubbed it now, but if you can find screen shots of his linkedin profile it tells some of the tale. He was real high on working for that bank, he interned for them for three years, and they hired him, and moved him up the chain for 3 years. And then they fired him. It's a little unclear on the date of the firing, but it was recent.

Guy got wrapped up in being a banker and it drove him nutty when it ended.
