so was Tucker Carlson part of the Dominion settlement? ie he made statements relatd to Dominion that then caused the settlement?

Fox News has been silently shifting liberal. It is now run by Rupert’s Clinton supporting son.

It is what is known as “controlled opposition” for the Dems.

Tucker was one of the few holdouts from the conservative era, so despite the fact he was the highest rated show on cable period, he had to go. The settlement might be used as an excuse but they have been trying to find a way to shitcan him for a while.

If they let it be known why they fired him, the entire network would lose viewers. The advertising sales will not suffer, Fox News makes about 75% of its marketing revenue from pharma. They hate Tucker.

He was ousted because of two lawsuits filed by his former booker that allege he created a hostile workplace, not because of the Dominion settlement.

I find that very hard to believe.

Makes me wonder why Murdoch didn't fight the dominion lawsuit. There was obviously massive electoral fraud, IMO.

The delays which allowed more votes to be gathered is what got Biden across the line.

More people made a vote against Trump and people need to accept that is what it was. It is not that people preferred Biden, they just hated Trump.

Then they got Biden and immediately started to hate him aswell lol.

They're going to lose a huge amount of viewers and revenue.  Pharma will slash what they offer for ads once the viewers are gone, that's how the game works

42,918 was all Biden needed in 3 states, AZ, Georgia and Wisconsin.  99% of people do not know this.  They hear about 81 million v. 74 million, but that is entirely attributable to only California and NY, places Ds entirely control and no R would win and Rs don't even really campaign there because of that.

5 minutes on Wikipedia shows this to be 100% correct.

That is true and why he is gone, he was actually against Fox position with Dominion, which created the conflict on which he was let go. He was due to be called as a witness in the trial and its one of the reasons they had to settle the case as his testimony would have only sunk Fox further.

You can actually be a conservative and not agree with everything other conservatives say or do. But not at fox by the looks of it. Personally I don't care who wins as long as they are from the right.

I think it was because of some producer gal who his senior producer apparently threw some anti semtic comments at or "created an environment"

that pissed off he board and they made the decision

the dominion thing exposed his disdain for DT which contradicts his on air persona - and some other things

but the producer gal was his downfall and Murdock made the call

We on the left side of the spectrum have our loonies on the far Left but somehow we shove our differences under the rug for the most part.
