What lies what excuses let’s be real for a minute I was in the best shape of my life my legs looked great and I am 45 years old why do the pics I took the day before not count??  You can clearly see I am in better shape than the tall guy and it’s close with the shorter guy. Is that a lie? Am I not in shape in these pics?? I had a blockage I just took my first normal poop in days and finally was able to have a full stream of pee. I don’t sneed to stay later and get sicker to prove a damn thing the comparison pics are all anyone wants to see anyway. We don’t need to work for gas food and restrooms? It takes 7 Hours and that was hours before the show not days I looked better at the show. Those pics will be out soon enough. Again I looked great I was clearly going to podium I didn’t want to leave but I can’t ask my wife to drive all night when she has to be in court the next day. We both had to work and it went late not sure what part of that is so complicated for you to understand.

Again you are just making up nonsense the photographer takes and sells all the comparison photos they will be out in another week or 2. I will post them and you will all see I was in shape i just had to work the next day and they were running late. I would have loved to have stayed but it wouldnt be fair to ask Emily to drive all damn night. Next year I will take Monday off work and stay. Meanwhile you will still be talking about getting a pro card without entering a show.

You guys keep saying I am a quitter and I failed meanwhile I am 45 years old and in the best shape of my life that’s not a fail. When you see my pics you should be like damn dude you should have stayed you would have won but instead you will all say see you look like shit when in fact I looked great.

The plan now is to stay closer to stage weight not going to bulk from here going to stay lean. May even throw away the scale. But want skin elasticity to be tight and too much bulking creates loose skin when you cut which I don’t want. I have a good bit of size now I can clean bulk from here and continue to slowly lean out.

I do think classic is the better fit for my current build which is what I wanted to find out. Nationals is in a Wens so need to think about it as would have to take a couple days off work. But will probably do 1 more show this year.
