I will post them and you will all see I was in shape i just had to work the next day and they were running late. I would have loved to have stayed but it wouldnt be fair to ask Emily to drive all damn night. Next year I will take Monday off work and stay. Meanwhile you will still be talking about getting a pro card without entering a show.

You guys keep saying I am a quitter and I failed meanwhile I am 45 years old and in the best shape of my life that’s not a fail. The plan now is to stay closer to stage weight not going to bulk from here going to stay lean. May even throw away the scale. But want skin elasticity to be tight and too much bulking creates loose skin when you cut which I don’t want. I have a good bit of size now I can clean bulk from here and continue to slowly lean out.

I do think classic is the better fit for my current build which is what I wanted to find out. Nationals is in a Wens so need to think about it as would have to take a couple days off work. But will probably do 1 more show this year.

A photographer may sell pictures but if you quit and weren`t present for the awards,these photos will  not be on the NPC website.
