He's a tiny tit with a sub-average gymrat physique. He obviously pins his delts, and has literally zero visible muscle mass everywhere else.

Also: That was the most low-effort workout I've ever seen in my life.

Brutal skullcrushers with a 70-pound barbell and sloppy 40-pound hammer curls. If that's all you've got, after years of lifting, why even bother?

He’s not a bodybuilder and never claimed to be. He’s built his YouTube audience on PED talk, natty or not comparisons, and mma/pro athlete/celebrity physique conversations. He also runs a supplement company popular with young guys.

He is very knowledgeable on PEDs but focuses his content on what gets views which is all of the topics above. He partners with Vigorous Steve every once in a while for a podcast which get very informational on a microbiological level. It’s interesting how well versed he is in PEDs but that his following has blown up with young kids that couldn’t care less about the science behind them.

He actually preaches very moderate doses and a safer approach to his audience
