Yes I did Zillow mine and do so frequently, I'm well aware of what home prices are and how they up and down, they don't rocket up like that house in a month or two, look at the graph. Did you look at it?
I did look at it. It doesn’t mean Zillow has accurate information; that the jump over the last month is really accurate for the market.
