carbs, carbs and more carbs, 250-275 protein/day, 600 carbs lotsa pasta. i only did 5 or 6 meets though but i trained regular gym workouts 4 times/week, strongman events 2 times.

Its not strict by any means. Theres only one rule: Keep EATING! Pasta, potatoes, tuna, chicken, whatever. Oh and dont forget to guzzle shakes.
