So, that part was fine. It's the part where she insults their past (successful) marketing efforts as "juvenile humor" and such, thereby being critical of a large part of their base. If she stopped there, it would have been fine.
But she didn't. And they showed the video, which shows how stupid even "top executives

" at major companies can be. And then they made it worse with a pandering, over the top pro usa commercial that everyone saw through.
Their sales will rebound a little, but a large base isn't returning.
