When you were sick and lost a ton of weight yeah absolutely gaining it back is a good thing. I am deliberately gaining it back and I am deliberately holding more fluid. Honestly the fatter I am the more fluid I hold the worse I look according to you guys the heavier I am the healthier I am that means my digestion system is working again. But yes I do have some sodium and electrolyte type issues right now. I remember seeing guys look like this the week after a heavy cut as their body rebounded, I am rebounding now. It took a little longer as I was sick

Not obsessed just getting back to my normal weight also yes competing in a strict curl contest in July in the 220lbs class so yes want to be a full 220lbs I have the best chance at performing well the heavier I am
