Who said anything about being an elite bodybuilder but lets not pretend Wes and Jswift are elite bodybuilders. For 43 I am in elite shape a lot of so called elite bodybuilders are retired and look like shit by 35.

Although I will say I have put on 4.4lbs in the last 3 hours 224.6 right now everything is just blowing up. I went up then came back down body is filling back up again. I am 14lbs heavier now than I was Monday morning after boating on the 4th.

Same for my friend. He had his temple areas as well as his crown done. They give some strict instructions. No gym, no hats for a while etc. He flew back to the US the very next day and his head swelled up like a balloon for 2 days after the flight. Hair looks great now though.

IM im sure its no picnic for  couple weeks scabs,swelling,pain ect,,then you have to go to work and stay somewhat covered up i guess ,thats hard for a 9-5 person who has to work in office,if working from home or own buisness you can hide it while you heal,,thats why actors can do it they take few months off filming and then show up movie star ready again..

Brian just shave it off or go get a hair transplant in Turkey. People are messing with you because they don't like you but there is also a lot of truth in what is being said about your hair. Your hair isn't merely thinning. It is far past that point. Trying to comb it past those receding areas behind your temples is no longer sufficient. It isn't covering enough surface area. When you attempt the comb over and fail it looks even sillier than if you hadn't tried in the first place.

IMO you should shave everything off. You'll be surprised at how much hair loss you've suffered when it is only stubble growing back. Then you can decide whether to keep it shaved or do the transplant.

It’s a 3 dimensional face in a 2 dimensional pic depending on the angle of my chin I can look like I have a fat face and no neck  or a distinct jawline and slim neck that just my face at 45 years old. I can take two pics right now and have a fat or thin face depending on how I position my chin it’s not rocket science. When I smile I tend to pull my chin and neck back and I am also turned to the side when I try to do a headshot and can see the angle I tend to put my chin forward  the difference can be dramatic. But regardless I am lean not fat I just have some extra puffiness to my face because I am 45 years old

Same face 2 hours prior different angle. We did lots of pics I am sure there will be a better angle for me in the others but really don’t care the pics were for my wife and she looks great that is what matters.

My older brother went to Turkey for one right before covid. He went to Israel and Greece while there, stayed for two weeks and used it as a vacation. Anyway, he came back and it didn’t look bad, looked like he had a buzz cut with a 4 guard. Now he has hair and it doesn’t look weird. If mine ever starts going, I’ll probably my do that. I’m in my 40’s and it’s still thick, although it is greying out pretty bad.

Today it is 18.5 but I am not 230lbs today regardless you move your head when you wear a shirt yes? I can not wear and 18 inch dress shirt I need an 18.5 or 19 inch to be comfortable collar shirt if I want to button it up and put on a tie

Guy is a NW 6 with a few strands on top. A transplant will never give adequate coverage. Maybe fill in the crown and thicken up the strands on top a bit. There is also AAS abuse to be taken into account. A surgeon will say that the follicles in the donor area are DHT-resistant and will stay there long term, that is only half-true.
