I have never hit a woman in my life. I have been hit kicked and bitten by many crazy ass women. There is one single misdemeanor conviction on my record for a non violent crime that is in process of being expunged. My company hires an independent background checker than runs a damn FBI background check on me I have an actual certificate clearing me for government contractor work. Additionally every single county court house and state I have ever lived in has been checked and I provided them with certified documentation showing I do not have criminal convictions. There is actual documentation from my custody case stating explicitly I never physically harmed my ex in anyway. The judge also explicitly stated my ex had abused the system filing false police reports against me. I sued her for it and got more custody because of it. My wife is also not some dimwit she is a lawyer who works for the court in the county I live she did a thorough background check on me she has read every single court document she wouldn’t have moved her children into my home if I was some kind of physical abuser. I grew up in a single parent household with my mom I respect women. I told you guys from day one why there were false reports out there and what they were related to and I even posted the proof that they were bogus but everyone just enjoys calling me a woman beater. I am not a villain I am a Hero I hate bullies I have stood up for people being bullied my entire life.

She is on a first name basis with the NC Attorney General who is running for Governor. She can call any local judge at any hour of the night for a favor. She works at the court house running the drug court and knows everyone from the cops to the sheriffs to all the judges district attorneys and county commissioners. She has 2 police officers who work for her and a lawyer. She knows about reports on me before they get reported. I am just the husband but fuck no the local police Sherriff, State troopers, etc are not raiding our house based on some prank call from Josh. I have protection from bullshit now.

She grew up here and is extremely well respected both the local dems and republicans want her on their ticket. She has been asked to run for multiple positions and is absolutely going places she gets millions in grants and is running a program that is the benchmark for the nation. She couldn't be more respected. I might wind up in the Governors mansion at this rate

You can have 10,000 charges if you have 0 convictions you have a clean record. Also any charge that you are found not guilty of is eligible for expungement and it is illegal for a an employer to use an expunged charge against you in the employment  hiring or firing process  they are not even allowed to ask about it and you are not required to disclose any expungements. You've hit the nail on the head with the "clearance" in quotes.  I think he's called it a government contractor clearance, which sounds like an employment thing not a security clearance thing.  The kind of thing where they loosened up standards from DEI pushes.  More half-truth Hanky?  I think he's said he handles classified data but he also said it was a Tuesday and nowhere in the report did she allege he touched her.
