I was falsely accused by an ex during a disputed custody trial luckily for me it happened on camera in front of a police station and when the video came out showing she assaulted me they dropped all charges against me and expunged them. I actually got more custody time because of her lies the judge even said she was abusing the system swearing out false arrest warrants  again I have been over this before but you guys don’t care about the truth

I was not charged never even had a court date. When  she sobered up she begged to be allowed back to the house and the cops told her she wasn’t allowed for 3 days she did not press any charges nor did the cops they literally did that because they were tired of her drunk ass causing a scene all over the beach every week and wanted her gone.
