I know people like to clown on Mike but if you ever meet him, you will realize he is a hell of a nice guy. Do I believe everything he says? No. But he is a cool down to earth guy.

Wow what an intense workout....Can't wait to get to the gym and do the great titan leg workout consisting of....

Leg extensions
Leg curls
Seated calf raises
Single leg hamstring curls and
Sissy hack squats with zero plates

Might need a wheelchair to leave the gym afterwards  ::)

O'Hearn is all about business and he's been extremely consistent so the new fame via memes is well deserved.
Shouldn't have gone to such extremes with surgery / fillers though.
