I bought a heavy duty tricep/bicep handle

On mine, The knurling is more aggressive than on the attachment shown in this picture. It will probably be excellent for wood-chopper type movements too.

Happy elbow tendonitis.

Why do you say that? I regularly perform flat bench barbell skull crushers and parallel bar dips without elbow pain. Why would a cable attachment cause problems?

That is a type of handle not seen much.

I have this bar which is similar in action.

When you see men doing "lawnmower pulls" in a gym, anyone else feel like caving in their skulls with a ratchet??
Almost as ghey and useless as "hip thrusts"  ::) ::)

Most modern lawnmowers start on the first pull.  :D

The long head of the triceps crosses the shoulder and attaches at the shoulder blade.  Locking the shoulder/upper arm and only moving the elbow joint is arguably an “unnatural” way of isolating the muscle, and may cause/exacerbate elbow pain in some.

Of course, in practice it isn’t quite as black & white, but that’s why it might cause issues in some.

If it causes any tricep tendon issues, I will just use it for hammer curls
