Can't stand him. He was travelling to another country and then he brought all his food powders to eat, very precisely measured, every day. He never cheats on his diet. He also recently got injected with his son's blood.

I guess if you have to summarize what I think of him, then you can argue that he might live to 110 years old, but the vast majority of those years have also been super boring and bland in my opinion.

I don't know if you can call him a narcissist, but his lifestyle is super boring and uninteresting to me.

Never heard of him but just searched him now. From this, he comes across as pretty cool and harmless, no? It's not my thing but he seems to be getting positivity from it, and granted he's a sample of one, but it might provide some interesting findings on the subject of longevity.
