Regarding DIVIDING people, although not specifically mentioned by George:
The reason why racial diversity is pushed is NOT because it is a "strength". Diversity - in ANY form - does what it says it does: it DIVIDES.
OBVIOUSLY.
As if bringing masses of people with all sorts of differences is going to make people get along BETTER. God.
In fact, the ONLY benefit that racial diversity has shown to have in universities is to reduce group think. And the ONLY reason for that is because the more racial diversity there is, THE LESS PEOPLE TRUST ONE ANOTHER.
