When I worked in customer services dealing with aggressive people I always looked at it like they had no issues with me at all, it was something or someone else that got them angry.
Once you explain to them that you are there to help them and there isnt anyone else to complain to and I wasnt going to let them goad my ego into responding most people calm down

I was always told have the attitude that they have just burgled your house and you are looking for them when you approach.

I`ve been knocked down only once from a punch.....in lots more fights than you`vd ever had.

I got the shit kicked out of me a lot,waaaay more than I won, but only one person knocked me on my ass from a shot and at the time I was a kid.


Been hit by huge guys when working the door at the club and never left my feet,and some of these cats were big......I staggered but never fell....I can take a damn good shot.
