Any rep range works for muscle growth I don’t care what anyone says. Sets of 5,15,25,50,100 etc… all work if training hard. Stop reading so much. You know what to do. Go by feel and the muscle will grow.

but with that move decline bench to throat it's not too wise to do less than 10 reps to failure
