with any form of combat you need to kept it- its so easy to lose some skill
I do Muay Thai and Boxing for cardio weekly. It keeps my hand eye coordination in and I am used to peoe throwing shots. However I will openly admit SC the only chance I would have against you is to catch you cold with a big shot that you don't see. In reality you'd tie me up like a pretzel in a minute or so. In short your skills that you practice daily and your cardio again that oyu commit to daily when some people aren't even up for their unsolicited semi nude shots yet are a testimony to that. Skills particularly at BJJ are next level.
I have no shame in admitting that at all! Same with Krank and many others.
But not Hankins- his cardio is shite and his skills are negligible. He wouldn't last a minute. Then again he wouldn't turn up so its irrelevant.

When I trained boxing in Poland we did some light sparring well light in his case coz if he threw full force he would knock me da fuck out😄
He was.a.heavyweight.and 6'1 and he smoked but his fitness level.was strong and when we did boxing conditioning training he told me I had pretty good condition better than any of the hooligans he trained but compared to the pro boxers he knew my condition was subpar, those guys had to be machines coz I got pretty fit training with him
Our boxing conditioning training was basically crossfit
Do you practice.that.kind of boxing conditioning or just work the bags and run?
We would run circles around mat to warm.up for the real training
He told me I had decent power and if I wanted to actually box in matches he would have trained me as a boxer/puncher
