I was at my fittest at 21 when I played rugby

I have dropped everything since the show I barely remember to take 1 trt shot each week. Right now my focus is on being athletic and enjoying my summer not getting big but yeah my current condition is undeniable

Your legs look like small rudiments from a species that is trying to abandon them as it is evolves into an ocean-dwelling creature where lower extremities are no longer needed.

Turn around and show us those hams and glutes. I bet you need to lose more weight to get shredded there, in which case you would look even smaller. Just like everyone here has been saying for years. Lean weight: about 185pds.

He's currently running the 10 ius growth with like 300 mgs total of test var and primo

He wants to see if that will add more muscle to him

He was running 3 ius of growth prior

I bet lots of fellas here on this site love our gym lingo

Pull bloods, deploy this and that, running this or that, deep dive, etc

We're such cool guys with this lingo yes? 😂😂😂

you said a bottle a day, they are actually vials but I wont hold that against you bearing in mind your stupidity, most vials are 10 ius, pens can vary but theres no way you would be able to get those

maybe you would like to explain your daily dosage

You can also expalin how you manage to remember to take it every day but forget about your test shot

So today doesn't count? I don't know where I will be in X many months what injuries will happen how priorities may change but I am in mad shape today. Back and legs have never been better. I do believe I could win a lot of over 40 amateur classic shows in my current condition not nationals but a lot of other shows. Do I realize over 40 amateur classic may not be the most competitive class? Absolutely but that is still my class. Once I get my pec repaired we can talk Nationals

I'm sure most of there guys are running way more than they really need

Big Paul is running 3 grams a gram or test primo and mast I bet he would look exactly the same or maybe even better on 250 or.300 of each

These guys fear of lowering the dose is immense

yesterdays training

Back Chain and Calves

Hamer Leg Curl seated- 4 x 15
Standing one leg curl (Atlantic machine I think) 4 x 15
Hoist leg curl- 3 x 12
Arse blaster hyperextension machine4 x 15 - still ridiculous pump lower back

Calf Raise 6 x 15
Seated Calf 3 x 20 then 1 continues set of 100 reps dropping weight on failure- 3 drops


absolutely pissing sweat but great session
Good one my British brother!!

4 am - 5:30 am

6 sets of Bench , 135 x 10, 135 x 10, 225 x 10, 225 x 10, 225 x 10, 225 x 10
3 Sets DB squats with 110lb DB's 
3 Sets DB RDL w 70s

40 min Circuit little rest - this was killer. 

405 hexbar deads x 5
10-15 pushups 


6 - 7:40
