Supposedly strength doesn't start to decline until after 3 weeks of no training

How often do you hit each body part

Seems many guys nowadays are hitting each body part twice a week

Don't know how in the hell it is possible to hit a muscle very hard and heavy twice a week and still recover and make progress doing so


I usually hit everything twice a week but just out of boredom. I don’t care if it’s once or twice a week but usually needs to twice.

Push day and again got stomped cold in my tracks with ZERO performances increase goddamn mothetfuck

Machine press 220 for 3

Machine dip 175 for 8

BB pump work (oh brother) for tris

DB laterals 50 for 5

Some dude came up and comped me on my paper thin skin and asked if he could touch it on my forearms hahaha

I pulled up my shirt and showed him my ab skinfold which is nearly as lean maybe 1 mm more

He brought his friend over and they asked diet advices so I showed them my diet and they asked where are the chicken breast and I said that's good and cool to eat it's just that I can't fucking stand shitty chicken breasts dull as hell

Feels good getting the unsolicited comps just too bad it didn't come from some sexy slim girls

I might put 6 days between muscles as 5 seems to be stomping my ass

Last stop will most likely be 7 or even 8 guess we'll see

If I wait 10 days it's a bit too long

Maybe I should just go every day see if I can get more comps😁😁😁

Dbol just ran out so I'll up the deca from 200 to either 300 or 400 test will stay at 200 after 250 I start looking like crap so fuck that shit

Hammer front raises 4 x 15/10/8/20
Panatta rear dekt cables 4 x 10-15

Panatta shrugs 5x 10
Face pulls 4x 12

Nautilus nitro triceps 4x10
Tricep preacher ext/ dip machine 5 circuits
Rope push down 4 x 10 last set quad drop

Great session

All done in one hour 10

It helps when I go out clubbing though guess often times dude comp me and buy me alcohol but maybe not so smart hammering alcohol while on orals

I remember joswift telling me on here some years ago that I am not an alcoholic and shockingly he was correct as I hammer It every 2-3 weeks max

A true alcoholic would drink nightly or at least many times a week

Plus I can stop and not drink for 3-4 hours after I have had a few drinks true alcoholics can't do that

Therapist said I'm not an alcoholic but that when I drink I abuse it

DJ, when I can't improve on my "working sets" (nh) I just do a little more volume.  Not sure if it helps but it makes me feel better about the workout.

I added in BB volume pump work on bis and tris coz it seems to grow them more

Pecs and lats respond best to heavy weights low reps for me but arms not so.much

Do you do this reps in reserve horseshit?

According to AA you test if you are an alcoholic by taking a drink and if you keep taking drinks and don't stop you are
