So only getting hammered every 2-4 weeks is an alcoholic?

How do you explain that I can drink and then stop drinking for 3-4 hours and then go to bed?

According to AA you test if you are an alcoholic by taking a drink and if you keep taking drinks and don't stop you are

But like I said I can go 3-4 hours without taking another drink after I have had a few drinks
You`re not drinking socially,you are drinking to get hammered....trust me alcoholism escalates over time....you`re walking a thin line.

Plus you are on gear.....not too bright for your liver....stock up on caes of Milk Thistle or simply drink milk.  ;)

Alright I'll keep a heads up about it thanks for the input

I drink one full liter of milk every day it one of my main protein sources outside of white fish and an occasional burger

I try to progress things every workout, either doing a little more weight or OneMoreRep than I did the previous workout.

So no, I guess.

I bought some micro-plates recently (as small as 0.25 lbs) and that has helped me, I can almost always progress in that increment.  Sometimes adding five pounds is a lot.  I usually do my working sets pretty heavy (five reps or less) so adding one rep can be a lot too.

My appetite came back I was 219lbs prior to todays ride the last few days I have been 220 at night but I had put the scale away for 2 days

I thought he said he was choosing to lean out, now it's some sickness appetite bullshit why he wasn't eating?  So all that "I like being lighter" stuff was just rationalizing?  And talked Mama into forking over $4,000 for a tadpole trike for his "health."

No ,but oddly enough I talked with him on the phone this morning.....it had been a while.

I`ll ask him as we got cut short...... he had to take his wife grocery shopping.

EDIT:

He did tell me once when he was training early on with the Mentzers that they busted balls daily but Dave and Ray were hardly growing and Mike was getting huge.....later they questioned Mike and he admitted using gear so then they all hopped aboard the steroid train.
