Thanks.  I have now lost 80 lbs. since the heart attacks.  I did some training this past week with 5lb. DBs but even that is difficult now.  I just sent some photos to my little sister so she knows what to expect in the future. 

But I have not given up entirely.  Every week I meet people that are worse off than I and that teaches me to be as happy and appreciative as I can.   Everyone in this thread except bhanky is inspirational to me and I mean that.
