Legs - I now do one squat based and one non squat a week
today was non squat
leg extension 5 x 15
leg curl 5 x 15
good girl 3 x 15
bad girl 3 x 15
Leg press 5 x 20- light weight one minute between sets- this was not pleasant
I then stupidly decided to have a sort of go on the assault bike
I did 10 mins warm up.
then 5 x 1 minute sprints
as oyu can imagine a lot of the minute ended up being more a sprint in name than reality.
I was spent after and it shows how far I have to go cardio wise- I can hit the bags do spadework etc but this was different. that said I enjoyed it
