U need 1 or two exercises at most in a whole workout and its either upper body or lower body or both thats all u need, time to get your hed checked at the clinic if you think adding more exercises is how u progress. It you want to do 3 sets per exercise its not need if you reach fail youre in one heavy set of bench, squat, clean and press , deadlift. Any iron vet knows 1 heavy set is plety
