Trying Ed Coan 10 Week DL program mixed in with my conditioning type work (probably stupid):

Week 4:

Airdyne/Sleds/Reverse Hyper/Plyo

DL: Warmup 2x5  2x3

Sets:  1x2   5x3 (2 min rest)

3 Giant set style, 1.5 min rest between:  RDL x 8 / Pendlay Row x 8 / Incline pulldown x 8

That is not true at all my girlfriend went to a different school and 2 weeks before prom her step dad who was the headmaster banned me from campus as he didn’t want me taking her and fyi I had a kid with her 20 years later so you don’t know shit

I always had girlfriends in high school and I had friends I was a badass no one messed with me by the time I was a sophomore I was already a state wrestling champ and I could whoop the seniors. But whatever you guys just make up whatever lies you want. Was I on the football team no but did I have friends from wrestling hell yes still speak with them today.

I said everyone fought me in my class then when my class couldn’t handle me it was the older classes until I was a sophomore by then no one messed with me anymore after I won states as a freshman they knew better. Freshman year I still had a few that tried by sophomore no one

Pounds lifted not abcdef...exercises are the goal. 20 different exercises 3to4 times a week mean u are trying much too hard and need a ' brain update' or brian update be cause gay
U need 1 or two exercises at most in a whole workout and its either upper body or lower body or both thats all u need, time to get your hed checked at the clinic if you think adding more exercises is how u progress. It you want to do 3 sets per exercise its not need if you reach fail youre in one heavy set of bench, squat, clean and press , deadlift. Any iron vet knows 1 heavy set is plety
