Good back session this evening.

Pull downs with stack plus 16kg 3 x 6
Pull ups weighted 25kg x 4, 20 x 6, 15 x 7, 10 x 8 and bodyweight x 10
Barbell rows off rack 160kg x 8,7,6 140 x 10
Chest supported incline dumbbell rows 40kg x 10,8 35kg x 10x 8
Wide grip pulldowns (brining bar down low) 4 sets 70kg x 10

Gear sitting at 300mgs test, 100 tren, 100 mast, 20mg superdrol pre workout. Bodyweight around 112kg after 2 months TRT and not giving too much of a fuck.

Its a potent pre workout, good pumps and energy, some strength boost, gives lean gains, I suppose it feels a bit bleh as compared to say anavar, you know more of a toxic feeling. I think more bang than var, the only time I was impressed with var was when I got pharma grade.  Anadrol, never liked the feels on it or appetite supression.

I know you asked Ro but anavar is my favorite pre workout well that and cialis. The pumps are fucking stupid. Fuck drol and superdrol is so harsh. Anavar is so mild and it fucking amazing. Agreed with Ro that pharma grade var is worlds above black market.

I am still not bald. I have thin blond hair up top everywhere there is not even a bald spot. HGH and stem cells and PRP and things of that nature can absolutely thicken hair. Just not being on anything for an extended period of time causes the hair to thicken back up as well. Oral minoxidil and dutasteride also can regrow and thicken hair. Once a few other things are done the hair will be addressed. I am just not there yet priority wise. I don't take any medicine for it. A good haircut and a brush do go a long way though. It will be addressed before I return to a professional work environment.

So far today I have done 100 side laterals, 100 front laterals, 100 mid range laterals, and 100 banded tricep extensions.

I do that 3 times a day for my right side.

I have plans to go to the gym tonight with the wife. I will be training legs.

Which gym are you going too? I thought your were not allowed in public gyms due to Lewd behaviour

at 3.01 Brian was heading to the gym

at 4.00 he had done the following


driven to the gym
parked
gone into gym

undertaken the following workout

Seated hamstring
50,30,30
Leg extension

then got win his car drove home parked and logged onto get big.

in 58 minutes


27 sets.

allow 1 minute between sets to rest and set up weight- 27 minutes

588 reps - allow 3 seconds a rep= 1764 seconds- 29 minutes 15 seconds.

so in 58minutes Brian got in his car parked got out of car went through gym reception trained and did the same in reverse.

so he managed to get to and from the gym drive park reception etc in 1 minute 45 seconds..


this also does not allow any time for talking drinks toilet opening doors starting car etc etc etc etc.


sadly Brian the distance from batten hill road to n bright leaf boulevard the planet fitness where you train is 12.3 miles or 22 minutes in the car. so 44 minutes travel time.
